Our Process: It's As Easy As 1-2-3
Backlund Painting is commited to giving you a job well done that you can enjoy for years to come. The following are our simple 1-2-3 steps.
1. Step 1: We review your project and provide you with a free estimate. A detailed proposal will then be submitted for your review and signature.
2. Step 2: Our painters show up on time and ready to work. The house is power washed to remove dirt and mildew.
All loose paint is scraped and all glossy areas are scuff sanded. All gaps are caulked to prevent water intrusion.
Then the actual painting begins. Any necessary areas are first primed and then we apply premium paint to a uniform finish. Our crew will clean up daily, as well as at the completion of our work. We will have a walk through at the end of the project.*
3. Step 3: Payment is due upon completion of the project.
